Learning Objectives

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  1. Define the fundamental principles of hypnosis and describe how it functions within a therapeutic context.
  2. Identify key applications of hypnosis related to sexuality, including enhancing intimacy, reducing anxiety, and supporting trauma recovery.
  3. Demonstrate basic hypnotic techniques such as inductions and guided imagery for use in clinical or coaching sessions.
  4. Describe the role of the subconscious mind in shaping beliefs, behaviors, and patterns related to sexual identity and experience.
  5. Recognize common sexual issues that may benefit from hypnotherapeutic support (e.g., performance anxiety, shame, loss of desire).
  6. Apply a trauma-informed, ethically sound approach when integrating hypnosis into work involving sexuality.
  7. Observe and reflect on live demonstrations to deepen practical understanding and identify real-world applications.
